2014 Gold & Silver Circle Nomination Deadline is March 15th

Do you know someone who began his or her career in television at least 25 years ago? Nominate them to become a Silver Circle member. You have until Saturday, March 15th to submit the online application.

This year’s Gold & Silver Circle Luncheon will be held at Kona Kai Resort located on Shelter Island on Sunday, September 7th, 2014. Registration begins at10 a.m. with the luncheon and presentation starting promptly at 11 a.m.

The candidates must have made a significant contribution to Pacific Southwest television. Candidates must have spent a majority of their 25-year career in the Pacific Southwest. Participation in NATAS is strongly considered. Only current residents of the Pacific Southwest region are eligible.

The Gold Circle honors individuals who began their careers in television at least 50 years ago and the Silver Circle at least 25 years ago. Employment in a performing, creative, technical or administrative role within the industry or in an area related to television such as journalism education, advertising, promotion, and public relations is required.

Proceeds from the luncheon benefit the NATAS PSW Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization.  The Foundation gives scholarships to deserving college students in our region.
